About the Single
Based on “The Minute Waltz,” by Chopin, Streisand sang this specialty material on her television show, Color Me Barbra. Comic Rip Taylor actually sued Columbia Records, CBS TV, and Streisand over the material. Taylor alleged that he bought the song exclusively from writer Lan O'Kun and Streisand used it despite the agreement.
